I had seen very similar items as this ruler in adult toy stores for $14.99 and up, and I just couldn't understand why someone would pay that much for a simple ruler. Sure it had a handle on it, but a $14 price tag for that cosmetic addition? I didn't get it.

Handle is wrapped in wire, and then hand dipped in a rubber coating for durability (see photos).

Hanging loop on the end is suede cord.
